During the maintenance period, access to the Client Portal, IB Portal, PU Prime App, MT4/MT5 trading platforms, PAMM Portal and PU Copy Trading will be temporarily unavailable.


Deposit and withdrawal functions, data searching, and account opening applications via the Client Portal, IB Portal, PAMM Portal, PU Prime App, and the “Sign Up” button on the official website will be temporarily unavailable. However, the official website will remain accessible.

Additionally, our Live Chat function will also not be accessible, from 31st January 2026 (Saturday) 00:00 hrs (GMT+2) to 1st February 2026 (Sunday) 04:00 hrs (GMT+2), but our team remains available and we are committed to supporting through the following alternative channels:
